HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
- Cancel online or in-app:
- Navigate to the Settings menu by clicking the gear icon.
- Choose the Subscription tab and then click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. Once the pop-up window appears, click on “Cancel Subscription” once more to confirm your cancellation.
- Cancel by contacting Customer Care:
Our Customer Care team is available for live support from 12 pm to 10pm EST Monday through Friday.
If you purchased your subscription through a third-party, you must contact them directly to cancel your MSG+ subscription. Please see “HOW DO I CANCEL MSG+ IF I SUBSCRIBED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY (e.g., Apple, Google)?” for more information.
Please note that deleting the MSG+ app does not cancel your subscription.
