Monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, there are a few options:
  • Cancel online or in-app:
    • Navigate to the Settings menu by clicking the gear icon.
    • Choose the Subscription tab and then click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. Once the pop-up window appears, click on “Cancel Subscription” once more to confirm your cancellation.
  • Cancel by contacting Customer Care:
    • Chat with us here
    • Email us here
    • Call us at 1-800-578-5599

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party, you must contact them directly to cancel your MSG+ subscription. Please see “HOW DO I CANCEL MSG+ IF I SUBSCRIBED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY?” for more information.


Please note that deleting the MSG+ app does not cancel your subscription.
