WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY PAYMENT METHOD OR IT GETS DECLINED?

For subscription renewals, if the payment method we have on file is declined, we will notify you immediately via email. You will then have 3 days to update your payment method for us to successfully process, before your access is turned off.

If you lose access to MSG+ due to a payment method being declined, you will need to contact our Customer Care team to update your payment method and restore access.
