HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

If you have a subscription, please cancel your subscription first in order to delete your account. For more information on how to cancel your subscription, please check our FAQS. If you don't have a subscription, or once it's been cancelled, please navigate to Settings on the mobile MSG+ app by opening the app and clicking the gear icon. Then, select 'Profile' from the menu options. If you have a subscription, you will be asked to cancel your subscription first. You will then see a yellow 'Delete Account' button on the bottom of the Profile screen in Settings. Click there to delete your account.
